goon.com maintains a strict no refunds policy. All purchases, deposits, and credit transactions are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

- USDC transfers to your embedded wallet
- Cryptocurrency transactions on the Solana blockchain
- Credits consumed for content generation

- Referral bonuses or promotional credits
- Any other financial transactions related to the Service
No Exceptions
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or any form of compensation under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Service-Related Issues
- Dissatisfaction with generated content quality, style, or output
- AI-generated content that does not meet your expectations
- Technical errors, glitches, or service interruptions
- Downtime, maintenance periods, or service unavailability
- Slow generation times or processing delays
- Changes to AI models, features, or functionality
- Removal or modification of content, characters, or features
User-Related Issues
- Accidental purchases or deposits
- Incorrect deposit amounts or transaction errors
- Credits consumed unintentionally or by mistake
- Changed mind after purchase or deposit
- Unused or partially used credits or services
- Loss of interest in the Service
- Financial hardship or inability to afford continued use
Account-Related Issues

Important Notice: AI technology is inherently unpredictable and probabilistic by nature.
Understanding AI Limitations
You acknowledge and agree that:

No Refunds for AI Outputs
Regardless of the quality, accuracy, appropriateness, or usability of AI-generated content, we do not provide refunds. This includes situations where:

- Generated content is of poor quality or contains errors
- The AI misunderstands your prompt or instructions
- Results are inappropriate, offensive, or unusable
- The output is incomplete, corrupted, or fails to generate
- You are dissatisfied with the style, appearance, or characteristics
By using our AI-powered Service, you accept these inherent limitations and unpredictabilities and agree that they do not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
Credit Consumption
Credits are consumed immediately upon generation request submission, regardless of:
- Whether you view, download, or use the generated content
- Whether generation completes successfully or encounters errors
- Whether you are satisfied with the output
- Whether you close the page or navigate away before viewing results
- Whether technical issues prevent content delivery or display
Once credits are consumed, they cannot be refunded, restored, or reimbursed under any circumstances.
Blockchain Transactions
All cryptocurrency transactions on the Solana blockchain are:
- Irreversible: Once a USDC transfer is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded.
- Final: Blockchain transactions are permanent and immutable by design.
- Non-Custodial: Funds transferred from your wallet to our administrative wallet are no longer in your possession or control.
We have no ability to reverse, cancel, or refund blockchain transactions once they are confirmed on the Solana network.
Payment Processor Limitations
Cryptocurrency transactions and blockchain-based payments do not support traditional payment mechanisms such as:
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Credit card refund processes
- Payment reversals or cancellations
- Bank-mediated dispute resolution
By choosing to use cryptocurrency for payments, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any features at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund of:
- Previously purchased credits
- Unused account balances
- Subscription fees or payments
- Any other charges or deposits
If we terminate your account for violations of our Terms of Service, you forfeit all credits, balances, and access to the Service without refund or compensation.
