Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets rules for how you may use goon.com (the "Service"). It supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. General Principles

Use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith.
Do not harm, disrupt, or degrade the Service, other users, or third parties.
You are responsible for your account activity and any content you submit ("Inputs") or generate ("Outputs").

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may NOT use the Service to generate, upload, transmit, request, or facilitate any of the following:

2.1 Illegal or harmful content

Content involving or depicting minors in any context
Content that violates any law or regulation
Content that is non‑consensual, exploitative, or promotes illegal activity
Material that infringes or misappropriates intellectual property or privacy rights

Ambiguous age references are not allowed. If age cannot be confirmed as 18+, we will treat the content as prohibited.

2.2 AI/biometrics and surveillance misuse

Facial recognition, biometric identification, or real‑time remote identification in public spaces
Inferring or profiling sensitive attributes (e.g., health, politics, religion, sexual orientation) without explicit, informed consent
Social scoring or reputation systems that could restrict services or opportunities
Surveillance, tracking, or monitoring intended to identify, follow, or profile individuals without lawful authority and consent

2.3 Deception and impersonation

Deepfakes or synthetic media that replicate real people’s likenesses, voices, or brands for deceptive, defamatory, or non‑consensual purposes
Misinformation, disinformation, or manipulative content intended to mislead
- Parody or satire of public archetypes is permitted only if it does not create non‑consensual, identifiable deepfakes of real people.

2.4 Platform abuse and security risks

Introducing malware, scraping at scale, harvesting personal data, or probing security
Reverse engineering models, extracting metadata, or attempting to infer training data or content provenance
Using the Service or Outputs to train, fine‑tune, or evaluate competing models or to build competing services
Any activity that degrades performance or interferes with other users’ access

2.5 Bestiality and animals

Direct sexual acts with real, realistic animals are prohibited.
Anthropomorphic characters, fantasy creatures, transformations, or animals as background scenery are allowed if no real animal is a participant.

2.6 Violence and criminal instruction

Fictional or fantasy violence may be permitted in adult contexts; instructions for committing real violence or illegal acts are prohibited.

3. AI Limitations and Responsibility

Outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or fabricated details. Do not rely on Outputs as factual, professional, or legal advice.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, vetting, and using Outputs appropriately and lawfully.

4. Rate Limits, Credits, and Automation

Respect rate limits and technical restrictions. Automated usage must not degrade stability.
Credits are consumed on request submission and are non‑refundable as described in our Terms of Service and Refunds Policy.

5. Enforcement

We may, with or without prior notice, suspend, throttle, or terminate access, remove content, or take other reasonable measures if we believe your use violates this AUP, the Terms, or applicable law; poses a security, privacy, or safety risk; or adversely affects the Service. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where legally required or permitted.

6. Reporting

To report violations, contact abuse@goon.com or legal@goon.com. Provide sufficient detail for us to investigate (URLs, timestamps, description).

7. Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
