Fish Audio has the best raw TTS engine in its price range. Period. But it's a general-purpose tool, not an NSFW one. We found the voice quality outstanding for narration and dialogue, while anything requiring explicit vocalizations falls flat. Use it for erotic storytelling where clean speech matters. For anything raunchier, look at NSFW-native options.
